The Full Story

Vidalmar Organics was born from love, loss, and the deep belief that food can be medicine.

On December 8th, 2020, I lost my father, Vidal, to pancreatic cancer. He was given just two months to live—but I refused to accept that as the end. As a seasoned juicer for over 10 years, I had already experienced the healing benefits of organic cold-pressed juices in my own life. So when we got his diagnosis, I leaned into everything I knew. I dove headfirst into the Gerson Therapy, determined to rebuild his immune system and detoxify his body. Every day, I made him nutrient-dense juices with purpose and intention, while my mom supported his journey with coffee enemas as part of the protocol.

What began as a desperate act of love turned into a sacred ritual. From two months to three years—we fought for every moment, naturally and intentionally. Juice became our bond—a way to fight, to connect, and to pour love into his body when words weren’t enough. He was my greatest supporter and trusted everything I made. Through that time, we gained not only life—but deep connection, purpose, and memories I’ll carry forever.

After we lost him, I left everything behind and moved across the country to live near the ocean. That’s where I went to heal myself and process my grief—and it’s where I felt his presence the most. That’s when the vision for Vidalmar came to life.

“Vidalmar” translates to life by the sea—a tribute to both my father’s name and the ocean that carried me through the waves of loss. But it’s more than a name. It’s a sanctuary. A reminder that healing is possible, and that even through heartbreak, something beautiful can be born.

Today, I handcraft every juice with that same love and intention—to help others feel nourished, supported, and connected to something deeper. Because healing doesn’t happen overnight. It happens sip by sip, breath by breath, with what we choose to put into our bodies and into the world.
